We have a Jalopeno bush that is about 2 years old and is HUGE. It produces like crazy. This morning, we decided to try our hand at canning. We decided to pickle jalopenos. It was pretty easy.
Here's what they look like. Here's some advice if you plan on working with Jalopenos at all: WEAR GLOVES. My hands are burning. I also made Jalopeno Jelly. No pics of that process but that was pretty easy too. Any Jalopeno jelly lovers out there?
