Gotta Love Shutterfly

Photo Book

I created a 5 year anniversary book on Shutterfly.  I need to do one of these a year and not wait 5 years.  Evidently, they have a limit on the amount of pages and I was cut off after 110 pages.  I cannot wait to get my photo book!!!  Click the "Photo Book" link above to preview it.  Warning- it's 110 pages of pics and family.

Modern Technology

Sam is in Bethesda, MD and we got to Facetime with him tonight.  You can see here, Jimmy looking at Sam via the IPAD.  Sam's internet connection was a little slow but it was still cool to see and hear Sam.  It just amazes me to think about how far we have come with regards to technology.  Makes you wonder about what we did before cell phones, internet and social media!

More San Francisco

We invested in a hop on hop off tour of san fran and got a pretty good deal.  Of course this is the palace of fine arts.
Jimmy got a good shot of the fog over the bridge.
This is a pic taken while in Sausalito.  Very hip, cool, crowded place.  Pretty much everywhere we went, there was a crowd.  Not sure when to go to avoid that.  Any insight?

Welcome to San Francisco!

Jimmy and I arrived on Sunday, July 8th to the Fog City.  This was the view from our room.
On Monday, Jennifer picked us up and drove us to Sonoma Valley wine country.  This was our first stop- the visitor center.
Jimmy had his heart set on Sebastiani Winery.  They had great wines.
These pics were taken at our last stop- Robledo Winery.  It is the first owned and operated winery by immigrant Mexicans.  Luis, the son of Reynaldo was working the tasting room and we had a great time tasting all of the wines.

Seattle pics

This is the view from our room in Seattle.  We were upgraded and also had Regency Club Access!
Our first day we got to see some live bands in Pioneer Square!
On our Anniversery we were at Chateau Ste. Michelle for the Steve Miller Band concert.

Vacation!

Jimmy and I headed out to Seattle on Thursday, Julyb 5th.  We hit the ground running as soon as we got there.  We walked to Pikes Public Market, had Ivars fish and chips and then decided to do the night version of the underground tour.  The next day we got up and drove to Snoqualmie Falls.  It was just breathtaking!
