In Cali for Sebastian's Baptism!

James and I flew to LAX on 3/27- Thursday night. We had a great time with Tamara and Pierre and here are some pics and video of the extravaganza! These are pre-baptism photos!

Here is the new swing that Norm put up for Jace for his Easter. The 7 year old in the picture with Jace is our neighbor Ava.

Marissa got a car, a 2004 Mazda 3, and it is really a cute car.

Typical Saturday Morning

We are doing well. I got to sleep in a little (till 730 am) on my day off! We have a lot to do but a typical Saturday involves- cinnamon rolls, James working out in the yard- the dogs going crazy and our new garden. James planted a bunch of tomatoes, onions, sweet basil, zucchini and more last weekend! Here's some flowers that he planted months ago that are still thriving! The lavender we planted last year and it's still alive and well!

Kauai

We are still loving Kauai. The beach is Jace's new favorite place.

Whew not too much new here...

The last couple of weeks have been blah- I was sick right after my birthday and I ended up not going to work 2 days the week after. That doesn't happen- We are just working, enjoying a few Spring Training games (last Saturday we saw the Padres vs. Mariners @ the Peoria Stadium) it was 83 degrees and we got a nice little sunburn. Rosie and Husker are still getting along and I think that Rosie is helping Husker because she is unable to move her hind legs at times but she seems to be having some good days. We do worry about her as she is getting up there in years. We estimate that she is approaching 13.

On a side note- I think blogging is pretty cool but I get bummed out because it seems like the only person that checks out the blog is ME since I never get any comments so if you happen to be reading this drop me a comment and tell me what YOU are up to these days so I know that someone is checking it out every so often!
